Baxii Pet Beta Testing Terms & Conditions

This Beta Testing Agreement (this “Agreement”) constitutes a legal agreement between you (“You,” “Your” or “Tester”) and Baxii (Burgg Design Pty Ltd) with its principal office located at 36 Bessemer Street, Blacktown, NSW 2148 and states the terms and conditions that govern Your participation in the Baxii Pet Beta Testing project. By participating as a Baxii Pet Beta Tester, You agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

 

Signing Up as a Beta Tester

  • You will need to fill out the Sign Up survey found in the email invitation and answer all questions truthfully.
  • You agree to all Terms & Conditions if you are selected as one of the Beta Testers.
  • Entry is only open to residents of Australia.
  • Entrants must be over 18 Years of Age on the date of their entry.

 

Once Selected as a Beta Tester

  • If you are selected, you will receive an email to confirm you have been selected.
  • You will need to provide your Name, Phone Number and Residential Address; Baxii will arrange all transport to deliver the Baxii Pet Beds to your address (it cannot be a PO Box address).
  • The size / colour of the prototype that we send to you will be random. It cannot be exchanged for a different size or colour.
  • You will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

 

What You Will Need to Do as a Beta Tester within 7 Days of Receiving the Bed Prototype

  • Once receiving your Baxii Pet Bed prototype, you must complete the below bulleted actions within 7 days:
  • Let your pet try out the bed, observing your Pet’s actions.
  • Completely fill out the Feedback Survey you receive from us
    • A Physical Copy of the survey will be in the Box, however you will need to scan or photograph your completed survey and email it back to us at info@baxii.com.au
    • Otherwise, there is also a digital link to the Feedback Survey which you can fill out instead.
    • The Feedback Survey is different from the Sign up survey.
    • You agree to your Feedback being used unconditionally by Baxii (including being possibly featured on the Website, Social Media pages or more)
  • Take at least one high quality image or video depicting your pet on the Baxii Pet Bed prototype.
    • You will need to email this to us info@baxii.com.au
    • You agree to your image or video being used unconditionally on Baxii’s Social Media pages, Website, or other Baxii promotional materials. If you share your handle name, we may tag it on Social Media.
    • Your pet does not necessarily need to be depicted sleeping – photographs with them sitting or simply laying down on the prototype bed are also fine.
  • The 7 Days requirement starts from delivery time indicated by the driver in the tracking number.

 

About Keeping the Bed

  • You can keep the Baxii Pet Bed prototype you receive at no charge.
  • You cannot exchange your Baxii Pet Bed prototype for a different size or colour.
  • There is no warranty on the prototype bed.

 

Confidential Information and Privacy

  • You agree that you will not share any information on the Baxii Pet project or prototype to any third party unless with written agreement from Baxii, unless the information becomes readily available to the public.
  • Baxii will also not reveal your full name if using any photos or feedback as promotional material; your first name or the name of your pet however may be used.

 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Baxii’s reasonable control, Baxii reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
