#baxiiphotos Terms & Conditions

  • The Promotor is Baxii. Baxii’s handles are @baxiisofa on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Event is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
  • By entering this event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59pm (AEDT) 15 March 2023.
  • Entry can be made via Instagram or Facebook.
  • Entry is only open to residents of Australia.
  • Entrants must be over 18 Years of Age on the date of their entry.
  • Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  • No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter.
  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the event or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the gift in question.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the event or any gift for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  • By entering, you agree that your entries can be used unconditionally by Baxii’s Social Media Handles, Website and for Marketing purposes. All entries featured on our Social Media pages will receive a gift.
  • Gifts are random; refer to Gifts Section on possible Gifts.
  • Gifts are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Gift becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that gift for a gift of equal or higher value.
  • The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the gift.​
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the event or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named gift becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  • The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.

 

About Gifts

  • Gifts are given to entrants whose photo entry gets featured by Baxii on Baxii’s Social Media pages; submissions must be received before the event ends on 15 March 2023 11:59 PM (AEDT)
  • Baxii will contact those whose entries get featured, as well as tag their handles.
  • Please beware of scam accounts; aware check if the handle name is @baxiisofa; we do not have any secondary accounts and will never ask for your bank details or any passwords.
  • There are 4 Main Possible random gifts (you will only receive 1 of them, not all 4, if your photo entry gets featured.
    • Baxii Modular Cushion Set (2 Piece Set)
    • Baxii Play Cushion Set (2 Piece Set)
    • Baxii Play Rocker (1 Piece)
    • Baxii Play Slider (1 Piece)
  • Fabric textures and colours received will all be random.
  • Baxii will cover costs for all gifts & freight involved.

 

Instructions to Enter via Instagram:

  • Each entrant can enter the event via Instagram by fulfilling all the below requirements:
    • Follow The Promotor @baxiisofa on Instagram
    • Upload your own Baxii Photo on Instagram, which must feature an original Baxii product – this can be the Baxii Modular, Baxii Play, Baxii Play Add-ons or the Baxii beanbag.
    • Make sure to tag or mention Baxii @baxiisofa in your post.
    • Make sure to use hashtag #baxiiphotos
  • If you get featured on our @baxiisofa page, you will be automatically eligible for a random gift and will be contacted by us at @baxiisofa
  • All entries must be received by 11:59pm (AEDT) 15 March 2023.

  • Each entrant can enter the event via Facebook by fulfilling all the below requirements:
    • Follow The Promotor @baxiisofa on Facebook
    • Upload your own Baxii Photo on Facebook, which must feature an original Baxii product – this can be the Baxii Modular, Baxii Play, Baxii Play Add-ons or the Baxii beanbag.
    • Make sure to tag or mention Baxii @baxiisofa in your post.
