o All of our Baxii Products are shipped directly from our Factory and Office in Sydney, Australia.
o We offer shipping Australia-wide, we do not ship internationally at this stage.
o Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout. You can see it before paying.

o Our dispatch and pick up lead time is generally 1-2 weeks from placement of order.
o If purchased during a sale, lead times may be around 4 weeks from placement of order.
o If you selected the delivery option, dispatch location is from Sydney; you will receive tracking notification upon dispatch.

Warehouse pickup from Blacktown, Sydney Factory is available, if you have selected this option at checkout you will be contacted once your order is ready for collection.
